Story
Cecil Arthur Couldwell married a Belgian lady, Yvonne, whose father was a tug boat captain (as family believe). Apparently he smuggled people across the channel “to safety” during WWI. He had a “price on his head”. The photo of him is dated 14/6/17. There was a family estrangment as Yvonne was catholic and she married protestant Cecil.
