Story
The message was sent to the contributor's great uncle, Brigadier General Charles Armstrong, Chief Engineer of the Canadian Force. He sent the message enclosed in a letter to his wife, Flora, and asked her to keep it safe.
The contributor found it, still in the envelope with the letter, among some documents of their Grandfather's (Flora's brother).
